The City of Llano owns and operates the electric distribution system for the city's needs. We currently provide electric service to 1,924 customer meters in our system. We have 1 substation that serves 3 distribution feeders to our city.
The Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA) is the city's wholesale electric provider. The City of Llano has historically been able to price electric rates competitively to outside market rates and still provide for the city's fiscal needs. It is our goal to provide each customer with a safe, reliable service and electrical system. We strive to keep the safety of the public in mind.
If you experience problems with your electric service, call the Utility Office at 325-247-4158 X 2 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., or visit the Utility Office in person at 301 West Main.
For any after hours electric emergency, including weekends or holidays, call 325-247-6067.
