3. Sand Volleyball Court at Park

   There is not a lot of things for teenagers to do in this town that is free or really anything at all. It would be great to have a sand volleyball court in town for people to get together and have fun.

   What are some good areas for rock hounds to go collecting??? The usual local ranches appear to have closed their public access with a fee access to their land. That just leaves river beds and road...
