Our City offices are located at 301 West Main, and business hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with the exception of some holidays.
The City of Llano has an Aldermanic form of government consisting of a Mayor and Council Members, elected by and responsible to the citizens of Llano, and a City Manager, appointed by and responsible to the City Council for proper administration of the affairs of the City.
The City of Llano, Llano County, Texas is an incorporated Type A General Law City. An election was held May 31st, 1892 and a majority of votes cast were in favor of incorporation. On June 1st, 1892 with an order incorporating the City of Llano was adopted.

The City Council of Llano consists of six members: a mayor and five council members elected from the City-at-large. The Mayor and Council serve two (2) year terms. City Council meetings are held on the 1st and 3rd Monday's of the month in the Council Chambers on the second floor of City Hall, located at 301 West Main, Llano, Texas.
